My Journey

My career path has led me to work in a variety of environments: start-ups and SMEs; multinational consulting firms; local and international NGOs; government services; religious and charitable institutions; and a network of research centers. I have assisted colleagues and customers in different sectors: manufacturing, food, banking, agronomy, academic, international development, materials & construction, and information technologies. Over the years, I've also had the great fortune of being assigned to various projects around the world, namely across the Americas, in the Caribbean, in South-East Asia and in Africa, as well as with European partners.

This journey is a testament to my thirst for knowledge and wide-ranging interests. Above all, it reveals a deep love for humanity. Whether it was borrowing best practices from another sector, harnessing the diversity of ideas and approaches within a team, adapting messages and practices to the life cycle of an organization, or encouraging the adoption of new processes and technologies, it was indeed always about fostering flexibility, a learning mindset and a sharper sense of perspective.

Having honed my skills in knowledge management, training techniques and intercultural mediation, beyond my initial specialization in communications, I'm keen to bring a holistic, strategic and sustainable vision to the projects in which I invest. In short, I hope to help you rethink your organizational development, from a fresh perspective and drawing from a wide range of inspirations!
